Echter’s is a holiday delight. There are two forests of Christmas trees.  One forest is fragrant, fresh-cut trees displayed indoors in water. Another forest consists of pre-lit life-like trees for easy setup year after year. Other trees in the store are adorned with ornaments arranged in themes.  You’ll find all the extras such as wreaths, garland, door swags, centerpieces, ribbons and bows.

Life-Like Trees

We offer a wonderful selection of life-like trees each season.  Over 50 different trees are on display ranging from table top trees to trees over 12' tall. We feature pre-lit trees with long-lasting lights that have been artfully placed into the branching of the trees and save you the hassle of dealing with strings of lights.

Fresh Cut Trees

Fresh-cut Christmas trees are here and they are beautiful.  Nothing says Christmas more than a real tree.  Treat yourself to one from Echter's this year.  We carry more sizes and styles than other lots.  Our trees are openly displayed so you can inspect them from all sides. There are no hidden "not so festive" spots. Fraser fir (pictured) is still our top selling tree.  They have a great shape and they last and last.

We display our Christmas trees standing up in a water-filled stand and spaced out so you can walk around the trees, touch it and smell it to pick the perfect tree for your holiday. 

Lighting

Make your holiday sparkle with lighting from GKI.  Clearly superior lights available in a wide range of colors.  GKI is the choice of professionals and anyone looking for quality specialty lighting.  LED lights are very bright, energy efficient and last for years and years.

Poinsettias

Echter's greenhouses are aglow with thousands of poinsettias each holiday.  Theses are gorgeous poinsettias, grown here at Echter’s for superior quality and performance. Early blooming plants are available in mid November.  Most of the rest are perfect by Thanksgiving. All will stay beautiful throughout the holidays.

With poinsettias-think beyond the red.  True, traditional red is still beautiful but there is just so much more out there.  A spectacular array of pinks, salmon, burgundy, purple, white, bi-colored and fun fantasy colors are available now.

Our Fantasy Poinsettias are available in several colors you can use before and after Thanksgiving to add a special touch to your holiday decorating.  You can even get Denver Bronco colors for game day.

Holiday Plants

In addition to poinsettias, add some interest with other traditional holiday plants. Indoor flowering bulbs are a fun and easy way to grow something indoors during the winter. We have individual bulbs as well as complete kits available.  Try amaryllis, paperwhites, and prepared hyacinths for variety. Christmas cactus is an easy-to-care-for plant that can be grown indoors year round.

Double Dragon amaryllis is spectacular. The huge double flowers will take your breath away and provide exotic beauty for many weeks.

Santa

Santa is at Echter's on weekends starting after Thanksgiving.  Check our calendar page for dates and times.

Set the stage for the holidays with fresh and fragrant evergreens.  The Kissing Ball is a bundle of fresh noble fir, Port Orford cedar, festive red berries and pine cones  It's topped with a red ribbon.
